Cannot Connect to server

I Configure all the server with configs , of [Guide] Ultimate Dekaron Server Tutorial , i have 2 error , one in client and other in server. first error its : Change ips only of Login config to NO-IP . and the ip of client , however i try connect and says "cannot connect to server". (its necesary using hamachy? im not use hamachy :S, 2nd error : Look the image ^^

PD : Im using files and client of [RELEASE]Action 9 Client an Server Share

Server Side channellist/login list should be 127.0.0.1
Client side should be your hamachi IP or your vmmachine IP

then, only works on hamachi, anyone who wants to play need to use hamachy? that I have only one computer with win xp and mount the server and use no-ip, so, i need download hamachy ?

google it... it's now that hard

1.find it
2.download it
3.instal it
4.open it
5.after u open it press create a new network ( u will get an ip.. )
6.use that ip on ur server
7.tell u friends hamachi info
8.have fun
