P-Server Download

Sorry if this has been asked 1000's of times but if I had everything I needed to host a p-server where and how do I get the server files?

The server files are in the underground section and its not alowed to leech them out.

LOL hate to start a war over a question. I really like the game and I play it almost every day and would just love to setup a p server for my wife and I. She got tired of playing because every where she went people were pking us and we were 2 low lvl to do anything about it. When I noticed that there were p servers around I just thought it would be great to be able to setup on for just her and I.
