Whats Wrong with the Cheinese PS 20xp..
i cannot log,and i hate lots of lags those last day!

right ok guys

this is the main forum for the private server
ok i have read loads of the posts and the gm said that he banned all other IPs because WE (people livin outside asia) are making the people in asia lag. BUT apparently the gm said theres a way and it is to give him ur IP and he will make it work again =.=
so far i ahve tried to make an account on the forum to tell him my IP but i have registered one and it doesnt let me log in... i cant login coz i live in england... anyone got any software u can change IP address with ?
