Help with Deving?

well i've dev'd before, but i was wondering, is there a complete list of Dev Commands that you can do? and maybe someone can explain what a dev fully does (I know develops, but i mean, using what program)

If you wanna know all the DEV commands just get on a dev char and write one letter like a, and then press tab, then u'll see all which start with a.

And we (pservers devs). Mostly use CSVed, Microsoft Excel or Notepad(which I prefer).

Unless you want to edit the dekaron.exes u'll have to work with ollydbg.
