I figured out how to write in chinese but i am unable to log into the game anyway. how do i log into the game?

I got the game downloaded and got registeres, now when i put it in the main screen of Dekaron (taiwan) a weird error is shown. Is like there is not connectivity or it doesnt let me connect. What should i do? i already have the language to the east asian language.

ok i get to the character page but when i try to enter the game i get reverted back to the log in
