Where to find the resultcode destination file

Where to find the resultcode destination file ?

i just wonder how to find and edit resultcode 4000005 or 1100337 or
4500022, i know the code can find in the skill file but just need to know
about address file of the resultcode or center of the resultcode

Theres no file which contains all the resultcodes.

that file has result codes in it, but its pointing to result codes, its not the list of possible codes . . .
