SUMMONER SKILL HACK

Hello. I use the mage skill hack,did with pack manager. I'm not good with winhex. Can anyone tell me how to use winhex and give me the summoner skill scripts,or just give me the scripts for pack manager? ty. by the way,i ll re-post some hacks for elite dekaron

You dont need winhex if u have pack manager.

only edit the lines for modify the skill cd.

Edit the skill cooldowns?? is it working for until now espesially in a9 patch...
