Create a new char i get this error an boos me to selection, select character again and no problem lets me log in, anyway to get rid of this error?

Make sure you didn't Delete the following characters from the character database:

[DEV]KNIGHT
[DEV]MAGICIAN
[DEV]WARRIOR
[DEV]SUMMONER
[DEV]SEGNALE
[DEV]HUNTER
[DEV]ALOKEN


The above characters are what's used to make new characters. If you wiped your character database thn that is the problem.

yes it was wiped but aloken doesn't need to be in there right?

No, Aloken only should be there if you have an aloken database and have it working, if not don't worry about it.
