It's like virusbogdan said, GM's don't do a damage hack to deal that high damage, they wear GM rings / have high edited stats. There isn't a gm command for increasing your damage or anything like that, while there is a lot of other stuff that can be done, it can't be done by GM's. The only way to hack to deal that kind of damage would be to hack their database and either edit your stats or give yourself those kinds of items. I don't think it would be possible with packet editing cause how i think they probably would've done it, would be only to send that you hit the monster and with what skill. Though that just a guess, but anyone who has checked the packets for when you attack a monster or a player could say what actually gets sent.
