i cannot use any commands, or use announcement, but i can teleport on minimap, but it instantly returns.

i have just found out that you CAN use the teleport to lose agro, essentially you teleport out of agro range, then reappear next to it and it is un-agro, (only for passive mobs)

It seems that if you minimap teleport JUST after using an attack, then it doesn't return you?

its right, The ONLY thing you can use GM hack to, is to teleport and ghostmode.

You cant do any thing els.
