I got it... really don't work. After error at second screen table in OllyDbg is clear.

Doubleclick on the show.htm file in the folder. The tutorial is a flash tutorial so show.htm will open it in your current internet browser .

when i run the dumped_.exe it gives me the error:

"A debugger has been found on your system. Please, unload it from memory and restart your program."

followed by the error:

"XSG file error."

any ideas?? .. maybe i've done something wrong, or do i need to use a specific way to launch dumped_.exe?

If you have unpacked the dekaron.exe (looks like it because the name is dumped_.exe), then you can run it without a debugger. However, if you want to run the unpacked executable with OllyDbg you must bypass XignCode. The message you got indicates that a XignCode module detected your OllyDbg and refuses to run, resulting in XSG file error.
