1. Every speed faster than normal will make you inv while you are running.
2. If i were you, i would use 7 speed for you and 14 for mobs, it works in my crappy pc.

Faster than 14 is not recommended.
4. No, you can double click the green adress and then save it with you hacks, you will need to update it everytime they patch the game, but you must change the [GM] to your char first 4 letters everytime u log in. There's a script for doing this automatically, try to search for it.
