Act like a GM and trick people

I am sure you all know of the name hack with CE. But do you all know that it actually works server side when you shout or whisper? If you do thanks don't bash. Well when you change your name via CE, only Shout and Whisper work for tricking, so what you do, you get some random person, (works better with a hacker), Say give so and so all you dil, but if their a hacker just say, I have evidence and logs of your hacking, to clear your name give this character located *** : *** on map xxxxxx all your dil and valuables or prepare for a banishment.

So far I have tried working this trick once, I only got 24k out of a person, but hey its a lead.

thats why u make a backup account.... then they give it all to that level 1 character.. if all goes well the next day u transfer it

to be honest, I loled on this, you can't confuse normal players like this anyway, if they aren't total n00bs.
