Guys i have got problem when i run dekaron 4... than the error message appear that it cant find some packets in Binkw32.dll what should i do?

I am a total noob at packet editing, and there are not any tuts on here for how to do it. I know how to run 2M33 and view the packets (I think), but they are all confusing and I don't know what to look for, or what to do with them. Could somebody PM me a tut or reply with something useful please? I would like to learn how to do this
