when im in the Launcher, then i click ..., then UnpackedDekaron4.6.1.7, but when im going to click Launch it says ''This program cant find the binkw32.dll file blablabla'' what am i going to do to make it work ? :S

use a different version of unpackeddekaron, 4.6.17 doesn't work for me any more, some iv'e tried get past the acclaim and gamehi screen and then crash before the actual game loads and 4.6.22 actually launches and plays the game for me. problem is none of the hacks iv'e tried work. i'm going to ask some of my hacker friends in game for their hacks to try n get mine working again.

is unpacked dekaron.exe 4.16.7 i mean that one which is in the pack will work now ?

Hrmm... I've done everything correctly... step by step... can everything is working as it should... but when I click the little box next to vac it doesn't work... I have the newest dekaron. I'm just so confused... I have even downloaded a few buddies CT's from them and it still will not work. Was there an update maybe? Do I need to try a different dekaron? maybe theres a button to activate it? or maybe it only works on certain maps? please explain...

??? are you asking me. Yes I have been doing this on 4.6.24. also when I open my CE the speed hacks work just not the VAC.
