ok i found this on another forum and i want to know if someone could test this method. i would try it but im broke and the method sas123 posted doesnt work SO STOP WITH ALL THE PMS!!!! so if someone could test this and if it works for them please post if it works

find at engine in text value 0 put a talisman 18% rate and go back to engine find text value 18 repeat till get 2 address....
change the value to FLOAT enstead of 4BYTES,,and the result is
3.45678221 with TALISMAN
1.37626261 without talisman....
change the value 9.9999999 thats is 99% success rate
There's a flag on packet when there's no tali the flag will be set to 00 when is tali flag will be set to 01 so the server gonna calculate the argate succes rate with tali or not.

can you change the flag so server thinks your using a talis but your not? also i heard theres no fail talis that some GM's use, and i think there might be cause i know when kamo made ks3v3ns whip +9 and i got ss of him succeeding doing it by blacksmith so yeh if there are what if we found the flag for those talis.
it deosnt work with simple memory editing, you gotta have some skills in packet editing, and it will work but I will not say how, and I don't say it's with talisman nor I have that skills in packet editing
