u don't need anything in ur hosts file. the ip ur supposed to exit is pretty much saying 'please ban me' quoted from another thread lol, just turn ur speed hacks off and possibly wall hacks, and have u tried turning ur usa folder off and check if it's still happening? also try the SEARCH button too.
