. When you have unpacked it go in the new data folder that was created to data\share\creature\monster.csv.open it and search for the monster you want. When you found it simply copy the line and search for it in Winhex.

to change the mopb into no-aggro you have to change just one number its signed red, its always the 5th number after the 2nd name.

Here you have to change both red signed numbers the 3 into a 6 and the 14, its the Cell-Range, into 00. So in the end it should look like this:
