just go on the 1st page of the treat, scroll down a bit a you will find download links for sec portalvers. 0.25b.rar:

here you go:

1.) click on the 1st link :"RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting"
2.)a new window appeared. click on "free-user" on the left side.
3.) a countdown appears and wait some seconds.
4. after the timer ends, a download botton will appear, click on it and the download will start.
