WH Satano is an OG provider that's been around for a long time, so in this regard you probably can't go too wrong with them.
However, as far as I know, they don't actually develop their own products and mainly operate as a reseller. If buying directly from the developer matters to you, that's something worth considering.
Also, whenever you're unsure whether you're getting your money's worth or a fair deal, I'd recommend asking the seller to handle the purchase through an
EPVP Trade.
That way, you have a proper record of the transaction and some additional protection if things go wrong. For example, if you genuinely cannot get the product running at all and the seller refuses to offer a monetary refund. In cases like that, store credit shouldn't be considered an acceptable substitute for an actual refund, especially when you haven't been able to use the product in the first place.
It's not a guarantee that every issue will be resolved in your favor, but it gives you a better position than simply sending money and hoping for the best.
