Looking for a legit save file injector

Yo im looking for a injector where i can dump my own save file, edit it so it does have every perk,addon,offering etc for every character in the game. Not looking for a temp solution with fiddler etc

I remember i used one from a Brazilian guy, has UD but i got banned after 1 month, behaviour always check these things i think lol
I see milkway have one, but his cheats looks always detect imagine something like that
