ZSoftware is disappointing..

I bought a day key from ZSoftware. I downloaded what they sent automatically, installed the dependentsies, and started the loader. Bare in mine no instructions were sent to me. When I opened the loader it would just freeze my PC and crash. I tried with Core Isolation and antivirus turned off and the same thing happend. I tried to go to their discord for support but ended up just getting errors with restorecord. Ive tried with different browsers and devices. I have no VPN. Still no success. So I emailed the support email on their website but unfortunately no one answered after 24 hours. I ended up private messaging them here on epvp but ended up with no answer either. I'm just annoyed because in the invoice where I downloaded the loader from it says the key expires April 1st. So I won't be able to try out their DayZ cheat. Anyone have any suggestions for a DayZ cheat? Preferably somewhere that is easy to setup and where they provide support?

Excuse me, I have literally contacted you try and resolve the issue? You don't respond to our email, discord message or on here???
