Server Bans
Server bans are separate from game bans; if banned on one server, you can still play on others. Some servers share ban lists, so a ban on one can lead to bans on others. For instance, being banned on Rearmed might result in a quick ban on Kryptic due to shared lists.
CFF Tools
CFF Tools is a paid admin tool (
) that collects and shares data like hit counts, KD ratio, playtime, nicknames, and alt accounts. Admins can share ban lists as well.Custom PBOs
Some servers use custom PBOs for enhanced logging and cheat detection:
- Logs: Track kills, items, interactions, playtime, etc.
- Detections: Identify cheats like teleport, magic bullets, no recoil, and item duplication.
- Tracking: Monitor MAC addresses, IP ranges, file traces, and geolocation.
Avoiding Bans
- Avoid easily detectable cheats (speed hacks, magic bullets, no recoil, etc.).
- Use a separate Discord account for cheat servers.
- Don’t run directly to stashes or rare items without looting first.
- Use ESP cautiously; don’t look directly at targets.
- Use aged accounts with real playtime.
Bypassing Server Bans
- Delete traces (resetting Windows recommended). Download a trace removal program
. - Spoof your IP (or use a private proxy). Download an IP-changing program
. - Use a new nickname.
- Buy a new account with real hours.
- Use a VPN to complicate tracking.
How to Evade Bans
- Cheat Features to Avoid: Speed hacks, magic bullets, changing day time, no recoil, free cam, and teleport.
- Legit Tips: Use different Discord accounts for cheating, avoid running directly to loot, and use game sense to search for players.
Things That Can Be Tracked
- IP
- Game nickname
- Steam name
- MAC address
- IP range
- Geo-location
