Proofcore seems like a reputable hack provider, but giving up your identification to what we can consider "hackers" is a little sketchy for most people and honestly pointless for the most part, it's not very hard to fake identity. Agreed. The only logical thing that would make sense about ID is if they wanted to keep the community 18+, but as you said it would be as easy as using a family member's ID to get around.

Scripter's Rift is the best IMO, on top of a great cheat you can write your own scripts or use other people's to add your own sort of features into the cheat itself. Their framework in itself is leaps above most other providers.
