Dayz fake server pop exploit

Some DayZ servers fake their server pop by showing a fake amount that constantly adjusts to the amount of players on it. I'm wondering how this is done, or if someone here is willing to help me do it. Obviously, being financially compensated is completely reasonable. I've just concerned about finding someone who knows how to do it.

I have a program I wrote that will do this. You can PM for details if you want. It does require access to the VM or Desktop though.
