You dont really pay for features of a cheat but for the availability and security. There is no reason for a developer to make a ESP and stop right there. I dont htink of any cheat that can be recommended which is ESP only. As a alternative, Proofcore has a great DayZ cheat. It does have other functions as well but you save money with not buying a new account every few weeks because its undetected for a long time.
