how do accounts for dayz work

So im pretty new to this, and my question is:
To prevent my main from getting banned, should I make a dummy steam account, rebuy dayz then jus use that one for cheese?

Or is there an actual way for me to do it without rebuying the game over and over?

Clear your traces
Login to a fresh steam account using a spoofer
Cheat away

Once done cheating, reboot.

If you want to play your main in between the process, clear traces, login to your main, play.
