Got somebody an new efficient Dayz Dupe Method?

I used a very long time with my friends a laggswitch client for duping... but its fixed since 1-2 Months.
The new Dupe we found was obvious and not efficient and it works only on some moddet Servers with Atms and high server load....

Does anyone have an fast and efficient Dupe for Dayz?
