There are some reseller Cheats like BTT, Ring-1 and others. If you want to buy a new account every few days go with them. Fun fact, they are even more expensive than those verification providers.
I can highly recommend ProofCore.io as they have been UD for 1 year + and are pretty cheap with 70$/m. Second one is HackMachine.cc which is also great.
If privacy is your concern, you can blur everything unnecessary from the ID (so its useless for any other site) or just use a drivers license. They delete it afterwards anyways. PC is around since 2017.
