Where can I buy 10 slot server?

Hello.
Browsing the server browser, you can see some servers that have + - 10 slots.
Small server is useful. Where can I rent a such a small number of slots. In most hosts minimum are 40 slots..

Yea, in germany. Not in other countrys.
