every cheat I open doesnt mention 25h2, and some just say "windows 10 & 11" which to me isnt confident enough

Have you actually asked any one provider in a topic or discord? Maybe it does and they didn't update it? I suggest picking out a few you like and asking if it supports it. Most cheats now should but not always.
