you can only find little info online as it's not well-documented so far. MS says they will enforce it at some point, but who knows when that actually will be. probably gonna take them years, lol.

The hack is going well so far, few more security tests.

I currently have a 256K internet connection, but I'd be upgrading to 4-8M on the 22nd of this month. Even if the hack was done before, I'd still be fondling with its security until the new internet arrives.

It's not known yet, but you can expect the price to be around 40€ per month. That's the price range for every other cheat right now.

Because developing cheats takes a lot of time and effort, and it's not long lasting because people at Bohemia are watching this forum and try to detect the cheat as soon as possible. Also, the player base is a lot smaller in DayZ than, for example, in CS:GO. People who build cheats for CS:GO can afford to put a low price tag because there are so many buyers. But when building a cheat for DayZ is equally time consuming as building a cheat for CS:GO. They have to compensate. That's why the price is high.
