For those with Windows 8.1 and are having problems, I have found out that it works every single time when I do this:

1) Run DayZ
2) Immediately Run the hack in Administator
3) At the Logo screen run it AGAIN in Administrator
4) You should now have a yellow box around your character
*It doesn't work if you run it during the main screen, you have to run it before it.*

A few suggestions I personally keep as quite high priority:

1. Vehicle ESP - Can't see people on the ESP when they're in vehicles. Also, will make moving around easier when you can see the vehicle spawns.

2. Heli crash ESP - Dem M4's, ammo boxes, Steyr AUGs, etc.
