He hasn't anwsered me on where and how I can get the gear off of him as when I ocntact him on Skype, HE IGNORES ME

You just were unlucky and bought it right when the DayZ update came out... It's virtually impossible to make a fully working hack menu the day it comes out.
EDIT: And he's working on the update which is his priority right now, so I doubt you're getting your gear any time soon. :/
I hope you do realize that.

He has not said it enough times through the thread As the Thread states I need a Skype message him for IP and Place, Have I gotten those yet? no, It's been 9 Days in which I have to go in 23 Hours back home and ill be off Vacation, I'm hopeing to get it before then to use it........9 Days is kinda ridiculous for a simple answer.
