I can't see the clip, but i think thats only elite ship and booster.
Or its the old bug.
But there are no fire/dmg hack.
You must hack the server and thats illegal.

/Edit Ah okay, das war der Schadensbug, welcher aber kurz darauf wieder behoben wurde.
This was the DMG bug but it was fixed, so its not a hack.

Das war der Bug wo man die Konfis wechseln musste. Der ging etwa 4 oder 5h

The damage script in ITA is real...
It Is a script that STOP the delay time of RSB...
You see always x4 hit you, but instead is always RSB...
