Undeserved permanent bans for "train"

I've stopped using any 3rd party programs after the warning ban wave last month. Still, they banned me permanently today.
Support refuses to forward me to speak with the game team about their obviously bugged detection. Any suggestion on what can be done?

P.S. I will report troll posts.

Try to contact another Support team, e.g. the German -, English -, Turkish Team.

Useless, they will redirect me to the English support team.
There are many players in the same situation as me as far as I know. Stopped using programs after the fisrt warning and still got the permanent ban yesterday.
