just open a job opportunity for a programmer, or look for a freelancer, in any case you can prepare some extra money, as it is a long and tiring job.
Everyone here who did this, it was because they liked the game a lot, this is a job that requires a lot of dedication and programming knowledge, I'll say it for the last time: If you want to make a server, go learn at least how to write the programming languages that your Project uses. And if you want someone to do it for you, go after a professional programmer.

Given your background on this forum, you seem to be looking for someone to work for you not together with you! if you want a "partner" on a project first show your ideas, what you can help with the project etc, if you don't understand anything about programming and game design the only thing left is money, and in this case you are looking for an employee, understood?
I have a project, I'm doing the Client and Server from scratch, in a game much simpler than darkorbit and it's already cost me almost a year and I'm not even close to finishing, so if you want someone to help you, hire one! Or learn enough to be able to catch someone's attention and form a partnership.

Also, the title of this thread looks like you are looking for some kind of sponsorship.

First of all learn how to speak english without a translator (not like it's the most complicated language ..) cause if you don't even know how to speak english then gl for programming but since you don't even care about programming and want everything done by someone else, bless the guy that will waste his time trying to have a discussion with you .. ..
