The game is dead for years now.

The remaining People* are just slowly giving up on the game, since bp doesn't make any progress, and people cannot handle their issues anymore.

Servers are running **** per day which isn't anything new these* days.

They are a lot of game breaking bugs, such as honor bugs or any other game-breaking bug which ruins people's motivation, and bp is not able to fix these types of issues.

Bp brings out new meta stuff that people do not even need, such as Orcus and the modules u get with it. (Shield Penetration, Dmg, Speed, HP, Shield, etc.)

In my opinion if they keep going like this, a lot of people are gonna quit the game for real this time.

Short answer: Yes and no.

Long answer: Yes, the game is slowly dying due to BP own imcompetence (Has been like this for years btw). Theres several things wrong with this game, the guy from the post above mentioned some, also add unnecessary and literally 0 to none QoL updates and a bunch of monkeys locked in a basement as their staff team and you have a game that was awesome being turned into a shitfest that nobody wants to play unless you want to waste your time and money. Cause thats the only way to progress fast

And no, even if gbl server is one of the most active servers theres still people that play on their original server cause they are too lazy to start over or they dont care about an exclusive PvE server

In the last few years they added so many things that it's impossible for a new player to become competitive, even botting. The old players that used to play are slowly going away, some big clans died too and so is doing the do section of EPVP.
Darkorbit and BP are basically a sinking ship.
