doesn't matter if he scammed that account, you also scammed him, no mather how he got the account you are a scammer end of story, you don't have the right to make justice, scamming a scammer doesn't make you a hero.

Anyways, scammer accusations are not allowed, especially if the trade didn't happen on epvp.
