I would like to develop the same genre as DarkOrbit with my unique graphics and my personal touch while keeping the DarkOrbit spirit. To save time on the assets for the moment I will work with the assets that I have decompiled from the .swf files of DarkOrbit to recover the sprites and spritesheet ... etc
I develop in C # and with the MonoGame Framework.
I am developing the client side for the moment but I intend to stay on the 2d as at the time!
I would like to know if someone can tell me how many pixels (x) by pixels (y) make the maps?
I integrated a sprite of a map in space it barely fills 800x600 while in play on DarkOrbit for this move there is a lot more space I do not understand.
The ships are the same size as on dark orbit, as are the animations and the mini-map. But at the level of the main map if someone can enlighten me to calibrate me with the Map and the MiniMap at the same time.
