At 3 minutes and 19 seconds, if i'm right he switch on second configuration and he got "spartan's" drones design's no ? How it can be possible to have spartan's without GG rings ?
There was a bug 2 months ago where some crowns and rings on some players weren't visible (It got fixed after few days). There's only 1 account on darkorbit with 10 spartan drone designs without finished kronos gate (old bismut account on ge6/ge7 server).
