It is clearly stated in their Terms and Conditions that they will ban exploit abusers, don't feel surprised please. You may or may not be banned using a bug, depends on the bug, the usage and account reports or if they decide to ban anyone for it.

This message could be real or not, doesn't matter; Use bugs at your own risk like in any other platform.

They never reply back with the admin name, as admins doesn't respond to support tickets. Usually it's the Team Leader who does that for each country team. And there isn't often the ticket ID is shown aswell, it's a simple reply from a ticket probably made without being logged in to the account, therefore, no ticket id shown.

It's probably real tbh.. keep in mind they are just saying they wanna ban bug abusers, not botters. The glitches all became public, what like about 2 months ago, maybe less? They patched them by fixing the main exploit which was the LoW gate. Then as of last week they implemented a new log that logs everything you craft, and everything sent to and from skylab. My guess would be they're gonna run a script to see who crafted what, and then check your resources to see if you had the right amount to do so.

So I would not abuse any glitches anymore right now, at least not on any account you care about. For ***** and giggles, do it on a scrub account you don't care for, and see the outcome. As for bots, they will never stop us, because it's not pixel botting.. it's mimicking real mouse clicks, which is why they can't prove anything, other than some of us like shoot aliens for 24 hours straight xD

+++ Punishment for Exploits +++

Hey SpacePilots,

We got a lot of reports that players who are using bugs should be punished and the items they exploited should be deleted. We totally agree with that and therefore we will start punishing the bug users for this unfair behaviour to establish fairness in the game again.

Today we are running a first ban wave on players that used the EE exploit, and we will continue to investigate and find players that used other exploits.

Here are the measures that we will take:
- 1 week of suspension of accounts, effective 24th July
- The exploited items will be removed from their account

Using and exploiting existing bugs in our game is against our Terms and Conditions, and we will not accept that kind of behaviour in our game.
