Use an older Version of Xampp (Download the zip of some 7.x Version and replace the apache and php folder in your xampp directory)

hi all,

To make the CMS functional, go to


C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\host

and add this :

127.0.0.1 ge1.dev.univ3rse.com
127.0.0.1 dev.univ3rse.com
127.0.0.1 play.univ3rse.com

not yet tested with the emulator
