There is no free vps hosting. They are all scams. There ARE very cheap options, though. I think

are the cheapest when it comes to EU.

there was trial vps sites i used.
aruba cloud - 6 months
trial google cloud and amazon requires credit card

linode is the best vps $60 dollar free credit and so good machines and you can install windows

Its still 10 eur month for the lowest...good vps but not very cheap...

I believe 10 euro per month will be very cheap for 8 GB ram. I think most websites ask way more then that.
