SWF ship file difference

SWF ship file difference

Hello, I've been trying to restore the old ships and I've seen the YT video from 2018 where the guy succeeded to replace Goliath, Cubikon, Kristallon and some more NPCs with Fiddler, but I can't seem to add more to it as I have found OldShips.rar which contains also ships swf but these two differ in a few kilobytes and the YT video goliath (ship10.swf) works and the other one (ship10_1_...) doesn't.
Also, nothing from spacemap.rar (2009 client rip) works.
So do you know what is the difference between them and how to make the other ones work (adding some bytes somewhere into the file perhaps?)

different ship files does ofc has different file sizes. are you sure you are replacing them correct?

edit:
and be sure you are using the 2d mode in darkorbit. else it wont use the 2d files.

both the files I provided are 2009 goliath (ship10). I succeeded to replace the working one (ship10.swf) in client with Fiddler.
One is working (loads 2009 goliath in game), the other one doesn't (game uses its own new graphics), I want to know why, because I need to fix the other ships like that.
I use the 2D mode indeed with high graphics, which is the regular in old DO.

I'd advise that you be very very careful in doing this. External assets to the game client have their hashes checked against the server. This is done to combat bots.

If you modify game files like this you may end up with a ban.

Just for your information, it's better to forget about it here's why:

After Toshino bot became popular, this bot plays with the swf files, also used with fiddler, DO devs changed their anti cheat system, most of the toshi botters got already banned and the rest are probably flagged, changing game files this way will most likely get you banned soon or later, so it's best you don't do this, and if you will, don't log in your main account while the files are modified, maybe you'll get an IP ban so use a different account with different e-mail address and different pc.

it was way before toshinou.
it was back then when pixelbots started to change the swf files so the pixelsearch could find the boxes better.

Hallo Community, ich mache grade eine kleine Homepage mit SWF-Dateien. Kennt sicherlich von diesen Seiten wo diese lustigen SWF's gibt. So ich habe ca. 155 SWF Dateien, jetzt will ich eine Homepage (HTML) erstellen was ich schon habe. Das eine Datei (SWF) auch in der mitte ist habe ich auch aber was ich will: - In der mitte soll es anfangen mit bsp SWF1.swf - dann oben drüber "vorherige" und "nächste" wenn man dann auf nächste klickt soll das nächste komen und vorherige das vorherige.
