Cant connect to map

So today, i got a problem on my account. Suddenly i lost connection, and now its been hours and i get stuck in "establishing connection" on the map.

I tried to enter the map with another account and it went normal, so why cant i open the map. I login correctly, but the map simply stopped working

I have had this issue a few weeks ago, I wasn't able to connect to the map despite the game server running normal.

I had to switch the map by using warp on my home map.

After that I could jump back to any map without having connection problems.
