Rules
-UBA TOURNAMENT
-ONLY GOLIATH BASTION OR ENFORCER
-NO LVL 4 PROTOCOLS
-NO NEW TECHS
-ALL FIGHTS HAVE TO BE REC
-KAPPA booster (MULTI) and DLB2 booster are not allowed
-All other booster are allowed
-All player have to play with 1 speed config and 1 tank config (you can use spartan on both)

During the 30 second before the round start the player have to make a gif where they show their config ( best solution for now ) with the booster page open and with ship speed open then with pet page open
