Elements of Darkorbit

Hello, I'm happy to announce that I am opening new Darkorbit Discord server, witch will focus on the game we all "love" and play DarkOrbit.
This Discord will be a mix of a community discord server, bot/tools support and so called "DarkOrbit Underground". Right know we will start slow, if our discord server will be more popular we will think of doing something, that none other DarkOrbit related discord server has never done before, so if you're curious what it is, share our discord every where you can.

Darkorbit Underground ?

Right that part was probably most interested for you guys that's why I'll start with it. We have a "Trusted Community Member" role together with a hidden section on our discord server, for like the role says it for itself trusted members. If the server will blow up we will announce that it will be possible to apply for a "trusted community member" role where I hope we all will share all bugs we find together. Later we will also let you guys (Trusted Community Members) decide who will join our underground and who will be kicked out of it (access to the trusted community section will only have Trusted community member role and admins (not moderators)) . Also those people will be the first that will be able to test our new things. More about that in the future.

Bot/tools support
You will be able to request a help for any kind of problem with any bot. All new bot/tools will be showed there with needed information for you to chose the best suitable bot/tool for your needs.

Community discord
We also have channels to talk about the game, all news from darkorbit and even "unofficial darkorbit" channel where all new upcoming things will be showed so you don't have to search them. everything will be in one place.

We have had so many people try to start a community discord. It eventually died or didn't even take of every single time.

I know and I'll understand if you are therefore discouraged but still I want to try connect people to one server and to keep it alive for as long as it its possible. I'm not a type of guy who gives up easily.

about the bot/tools thread on epvp. I know from experience that not everybody is sitting on epvp 24/7 most of the people check it once a week and on discord you'll get a notification for all news directly to epvp thread etc. .

I'm on very many discord servers. Except 1 all of them are muted. Because notifications are annoying, except for time critical things (streamer goes live as example).

It's not only about you (or others) stop caring and maintaining the server. It's the people losing interest in it. This things are temporary as ****, because of that. That's why it never works out. Hell. People try to start communities over forums and that fails. Many times.

Even if those communities exist, the core community (in this case epvp) will still ask stupid questions instead of looking into the stickies (where a discord would be linked).

yeah that's why we have to learn people to LOOK instead of spamming those forums with stupid/useless questions that's have been answer 500 times. On this discord @ notification are disabled for people, they are only enabled for admins who will use them only for needed attention.

hype will last 2 weeks and Discord will die, don't make hard effort, from experience.

i know what you guys are feeling, I also have been on many servers like that and I also got disappointed that all that servers died. I'll try do something special with it, just give me some time and forget about those other servers. This time i hope you won't get disappointed.
