i doubt you can make a darkorbit pserver if you dont know how to download from their cdn.
but anyways:

here is the 3d xml link:

if you want to download as an example the goliath 3d file. search "goliath" in the xml list
looks like that.

on the first few lines of the xml file you can see where the location is defined. in our case its "3d/meshes/"
