Most safety way to get a good acc without ban is no botting. It doesn't matter which you use, you'll always have the chance to get banned.

for the first and second way you can get a ban so I agree with Herbaceous Peony. None of them.

Amen to that. I bot all of my accounts 24/7 and not a single one has been banned thus far (well over a year) - use good (and usually paid) bots and you'll be fine.
